EXCHANGES & REFUNDS WITHIN LEBANON

We offer exchanges and refunds/returns within 5 days for orders within Lebanon. Please email service@rushandreez.com or contact us on +96170781217 and we will arrange for a pickup. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with tags and labels attached. We are sorry we do not accept any refunds for items on clearance, you can only request exchanges.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We accept exchanges for international orders. To request an exchange, please send an email to service@rushandreez.com or contact us on +96170781217 within 5 days of receiving your order informing us of the item/size you wish to exchange with. We will arrange for a pickup of your exchanged package and your new items will be sent to you as soon as we receive the returned package. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges of the exchanged items. The exchanged items must be unworn and in their original condition with tags and labels attached. We are sorry we cannot offer any refunds for international orders at this time. We are sorry we do not accept any exchanges for items on clearance.
